Thread Challenge! Who Lola and Maddie What Random run in at the cafe! Where A cafe around the corner from Lola's theatre where Grease is being staged When Today, now-noonish?
"With one enormous chair, ooh, wouldn't it be loverly?" It was a common thing for Lola to slip into moments of bad cockney musical moments as she waited for things, singing softly to herself. She grew up seeing her own accent used in musicals and couldn't believe it-of course she learned the songs. Dick Van Dyke's from Mary Poppin's, too, even if it was a rubbish cockney. She dreamed of playing Burt someday, really. A questionable casting, but oh, she'd do him justice!
She was standing in line at the cafe around the corner from her theatre, the name she never learned but the hot chocolate she loved. She had spent the night at Kenzie's and was in a relatively excellent mood, all ready for a day of performances and costumes and what not to go back home again and maybe cook something for dinner. A nice day, really.
She rocked on her heels, humming 'Wouldn't it be loverly?' to herself, looking at the menu. Did she want regular hot chocolate, or something special added? She was glad she had two more people in front of her to decide, really. It was a hard choice.
