Everything feels a bit somber lately, what with all those people having gone missing. My parents and family are among them, on that list.

I have to remind myself though, that even if my time with them here was short, that it’s more than I’d ever been allowed or gotten before, and I should feel grateful. Also, apparently people come and go? So there’s hope for the future.

Anyway. I guess I just want to be — I dunno? Positive about things.

I'm also looking for people who want to mix powers/magic with technology. Technomages, I guess. They've always been pitted against each other in media but I'm pretty sure the whole 'together is better' thing applies here as well as in general. Cover each other's weaknesses and whatever.

Basically, as a general rule: If you have an idea, I have the technology and money to make it a reality. Just gotta make sure it's a good idea.

Spring is such a nice time of year. My bees are awake again and making everything bloom. It's fascinating magic to watch. It makes me miss Spring back home, but that can't be helped. Van also likes the sunshine and the grass.

What do you like about the spring time? Mine of course is the revival of nature.

So.. I don't have a job again?

Is anyone hiring? I'm really good at some things. Like dancing! Anyone need a dancer? I'm pretty dope. I was a member of a 60 person dance crew.

Or, I could be bouncer or something for a cool club. My cousin once hired me to do crowd control for his off-brand SeaWorld. Well, technically, it was just a bunch of kiddie pools full of jellyfish, and instead of a killer whale, they killed a whale.

I also know how to drop the beat, so if anyone wants a DJ, hit me up.

The cat's outta the bag! Hawks stole my line, but I wanted to experiment and see if blondes really did have more fun! I guess I have a week to test it out!

What goes into a proper introduction? I have not done this in years...

Greetings everyone. I suppose this will be an introduction of sorts. My name is Lady Acantha Helianthus. In the past I have been a pirate lord, however I am considering this a new start. It's a pleasure to make Preya a new home. I hope I can make the acquaintance of you all as well.

Well. I got a job at a gas station.
Today was my first day.
Today was also my last day.

I got fired.

I punched some yuppie in the mouth for thinking he could raise his voice at me, because he couldn't have his way.

Welp.

Back to the drawing board.

Being part hellhounnd is all fun and games until you nearly go deaf because of your neighbors music I swear if he does it again one more time when I've asked him to turn it down I'm going to freeze him inside his apartment. Any of you guys also have annoying neighbors

So, um, now that things are back to normal, is everyone doing okay?

And if anyone needs or wants to spar with someone, count me in. I've been going on evening runs, too, if anyone wants to join me.

Oof. I just slept for two days straight. I don't want to grow older any time soon. So happy to be 29 again. One year at a time, thank you very much.

Spent too long on the out-of-control carousel that is the occasional magical hiccup here in Preya and I was starting to feel a little motion sick from it all. I spent most of today scrubbing the ick off me because one of you lovelies hasn't invented brain bleach yet, but I think I'm good now.

In my case, I'd like to say how disappointed I am. Satan is generally supposed to be sexy, right? You see him often depicted as a gorgeous blonde in a suit. Usually a white suit, martini glass in his hand. Well groomed, suave, and an air of amused superiority. Getting up close to him is supposed to feel like swimming with a shark, knowing that he could destroy you if he wanted but he won't because he's above all of that. That dangerous, sexy vibe, you know? Well, I've met two Satans now, maybe three if you squint. None of them have measured up.

Are my expectations too high?

I am ME as you are he as you are me and we are all together!!! \o/

ALright, I took some artistic license there, BUT I'M YOUNG AGAIN! Or me again? I don't really remember much, but older!Jan really is wiser 'cause she left me a diary of everything that happened while I wasn't me or couldn't remember being me!
