As she walked in Kenny blinked a moment, trying to decide what to do and then she was walking toward him and waving and he started to stand and try to wave back which somehow managed him to knock against the table and drop his cup so suddenly there was coffee everywhere.
Yeah, great way to make a good impression on the girl Kenny, "shit." he muttered. "Sorry." he looked up at her and then his coffee. "Just.. one minute." he told her as he ran away to grab basically all the napkins he could from the little dispensers by the door, and then run back, by which time a barrista was already at the table mopping up the mess with a cloth. "Sorry." he told the barrista helplessly who only grunted and made some noise about it 'not being a problem.
"Come on." he told Bee, tilting his head towards another table that would give them some privacy too. He moved to that table, realised he still had a handful of napkins, which he dropped on the table, held out a chair for her and then stopped, maybe she didn't want him being all gentlemanly, without conciously thinking about it he wiped his palms on his jeans. "I'll go get us some coffee and cookies." he told her and then made a bee-line for the cashier, leaving her alone to well... deal with his... awkwardness.
