Summary: As Hades reported to Hestia over texts, their twins sons were hopelessly inconsolable before both their parents arrived to comfort them and found out they seemed to have been sharing a disturbing dream.

Summary: Hades has some important things to tell Hestia about his future plans for the Underworld and reveals it by means of a hefty legal file. Hestia is rightly concerned but manages not to freak out. They then try to relax and settle for a quiet evening.

Mmm. Tea.

Cato had discovered something phenomenal; he liked tea. Zeus hadn't. But he loved it. And of course, this made him a friend of his aunt. He was presently sitting in her cafe, along the bar, with a cup of hot chai in his hand. Taking a deep breath, he reveled in the smell. Everything smelled a little different than before, too. It was still new and fresh; the past weeks were just a second of time compared to his life before his 'birth'. He was lingering and the tea was probably going to get cold. But he wanted to enjoy the scent before it went away.

The bell rang, announcing a new customer. He turned to see who it was, and blanched.

Oh gods.

Warnings: Extreme amount of handwaving in the beginning. I don't know what a god funeral ritual would be like but he does, so deal with it. Besides, no one could really respond during it even if I did know enough to write it out. Just assume it was creepy and dramatic. Also, scene in process.

Summary: It is the Memorial of Zeus. When an event begins with a dead body, it can only get better from there, right? Right?

( Perhaps it is too difficult for you to comprehend my situation as a widow with nothing to offer in her dowry to a husband who would be of worth. A man does not want to be compared endlessly to another, and even less when he is found lacking. I would doom any to such a relationship by accepting marriage yet I crave it with my very domain. )

Summary: Hestia goes to her sister, both needing comfort and wishing to comfort Hera. The results are mixed.

Summary: Even though neither Hestia or Hades celebrate Christmas, Christmas fell on a Friday and that is the day of the week he has dinner with her. They disagree about Hades' feelings toward Zeus.

Summary: It's time for Hades to leave. Again. This time, presumably for good. Hestia's none too happy about it but remains firm in her resolve, or so she thinks anyway. They part their ways as amicably and calmly as possible.

Summary: After Hestia's confessions, Hades invites Persephone over to hear the two discuss through what he actually wanted them to discuss. Hestia stays firm in her resolution to let the two others be a couple alone. Persephone consoles Hades. And does a jiggity jig in her head (see icon).
