![]() It's not enough that you just discovered you can bend a supposedly unbendable element. It's not enough that there are no schools to teach you how to do this. It's not enough that the world generally does not trust this kind of bending. Oh no, it's more complex than that. You see, there are two school for this kind of bending, the Lightbenders and the Shadowbenders, and they don't like each other. So you have a choice, align yourself with the flamboyant and charismatic Lightbenders, or study with the secretive and skilled Shadowbenders? It looks like they'll be opposing each other for a long time, better hope you picked the right side. We are eagerly seeking: Lightbenders, more Waterbenders, members for the Tan Di Hui street gang as well as shop and tavern owners. We also looking for a Firebending teacher, employees for the Jasmine Dragon Tea Shop, doctors and nurses. We are a small, friendly game which has been open for over three months with no major drama. Big plot is on the horizon and we are looking for mature and creative players to take part in it. Important roles are still open and we love player input, please do not hesitate to contact us through the Drop Box with questions or ideas! Wanted ⇔ Apply ⇔ Drop Box ⇔ Site Map |
![]() | The US Army Air Force needs YOU! It's 1943 and the world is at war. The fate of history to come lies in the hands of a few hundred men and the planes they fly over the Third Reich's war machine, the bombs they drop, and the blood they shed. Everyone in the small English town of Ongar does their part, whether it be the American Army Air Force and their B-26 Marauders, the nurses who tend to them, the Royal Air Force oversight who just handed their base over to the Americans, or the townspeople who make everyone feel at home. Nurses, Medics, Pilots, Airmen, Cooks, School kids, Shop-owners, Repairmen, or a camp-following girl desperate for a bit of action with a Flyboy-- It's all up to you! It's 2049 and Hogwarts is about to host the Triwizard tournament. With students from Beauxbatons and Durmstrang soon to arrive, the population of Hogwarts are convinced that this time it's their turn to win. However, not even enthusiasm about the tournament can make people forget about the squabbles over Muggle rights and the recent threats of violence against the pureblood community. It seems that Britain is being targeted by a radical anti-pureblood organisation that will stop at nothing to get their point across. Applications open, newly opened. | |

![]() It's happy hour at the Knife-in-the-Eye Pub. Kit Marlowe tends bar, and Tiberius Claudius Drusus Nero Germanicus is probably in the back cooking the books. The Knife-in-the-Eye is one of the more happening joints on Gropecunt Lane, somewhere in the underworld, where those who have been immortalized in song and story...are stuck. One for the Books is a semi-structured, primarily comedic LJ RP for historical figures. Rulers, statesmen, scholars, artists, soldiers, and eccentrics from all periods and all places congregate at the Knife-in-the-Eye and contemplate the ineffable -- when they're not at each others' throats, that is. From Will Shakespeare introducing his fellow patrons to the joys of Elizabethan Scrabble, to Ramses II and Montezuma having a pyramid-measuring contest, to Peter the Great dangling things over Napoleon's head, to Nero and the Marquis de Sade throwing the craziest parties history's ever seen, to Vlad Tepes attempting to woo Countess Elizabeth Bathory, it's never boring. |

It's 1999 and Wizarding Britain is a very different place. Voldemort controls a puppet Ministry and is seeking to expand his grasp into Europe and, eventually, the world. But he is not unopposed. There are many resistance groups working to keep him from accomplishing his goal and, among these, there is one that stands out from the crowd: The Order of the Phoenix. Secreting Muggleborns out of the country to keep them from enduring the horrors of Ministry-run "work camps", the Order is fighting a losing battle. Their last hope lies with a carefully guarded secret: The identity and location of The Prophesied One. Sic Infit explores the possibilities of what could have happened had James and Lily Potter stuck with Sirius as their Secret Keeper. What could have happened if Harry had never become The Boy Who Lived? What if Lord Voldemort had actually won? |

![]() Avatar Aang not only brought balance and order to the world when he stopped the Phoenix King, but he and his former rival, Fire Lord Zuko, took great strides toward ensuring that the mistakes of past generations would never again occur. Zuko made the Fire Nation Capital City of Awatan Sathit the center of the world, encouraging large numbers of people from the three nations to settle within its walls. One hundred and fifty years have passed since Avatar Aang's epic battle with the Phoenix King, and all seems right with the world to most. The Order of the White Lotus has begun to notice stirrings in the world. Tensions between the three nations over the possession of the former Air Nomad territories are beginning to mount, a new style of bending is emerging, and the Avatar has not yet finished her training.
