Old School RP

Six years ago was the Quarter Quell. Forty-eight children were put into the bloodiest, most horrific Arena to date, and ever since outsmarting them all, the lone survivor Haymitch Abernathy has kept himself in a state of drunken stupor. Still, the games go on - now that the Victory Tour of Dory Skipjack from Four has faded into recent memory, everyone in the Capitol is eagerly awaiting the Reaping of the 56th Games.

Colosseum focuses on the life carried on around the Arena as well as within. Mentors and Victors fight to add one more to their number; Escorts and Stylists are charged with making this the best show yet. There is no Mockingjay to give the districts hope, to spark fear in the hearts of those who are part of President Snow's elite. The noose of the Capitol is tight around the necks of any would-be dissenters, including recent and mysterious deaths among those once thought to be key allies.

This game is based on Suzanne Collins' The Hunger Games trilogy, and seeks to fill out the world of Panem through the eyes of those involved in presenting the Games.
