Old City Academy RPG - OOC Community

This week I'll be in Kansas for a down day or two - would anyone like me for anything?? I don't know where to hop back in currently :(

But I am ill and have been dealing with severe pain issues in my head, back and shoulders -- severe enough that I've gone to Urgent Care twice for help in the past week.

So, I'm not ignoring anyone or flaking out, but dealing with pain and illness that makes it hard to focus on anything else.

Hopefully this eases up soon.

Okay so it's Gnomecon weekend. After about noon today I will be super scarce and possibly not around at all until Monday. And Monday I might not do anything because I might be ugh tired hate people by then.

See you after this weekend (I will still tag hopefully until noon and a few times tonight but after that I'm gone until next week)

However on Monday I'll try to put up a gathering post back dated for the weekend for everyone to met since Allison was trying to put one together.

Sorry I have been so quiet and slow, work EXPLODED on me about the same time my health took a down turn.

I plan to sleep and play this weekend, that's all. So if you want things from me, let me know.

But after I sleep, I am around! I am not leaving the house -- I hope -- until Monday when I go to the doctor.

Hello players!

Thank you for being here and helping Old City Academy get off the ground! We've decided that we're going to waive the activity requirements for the month of February as a thank you for everyone's participation in making the game work.

If there are any plots you are interested in or specific things you'd like to see in game, PLEASE let us know! We want everyone to have fun. In addition, if there are any characters you'd like to see, please make sure you post on the Wanted page so they can be featured when we post ads.

I've been sick the last two days with a fever. But I'm back and playing catch up :)

It's not quite February 1st, but whatever. We're excited!

You can still use this post to coordinate relationships if your character has been at the school for a while. For the sake of making things easier, we'll say the new semester starts on Tuesday, February 2nd, so new arrivals can be moving in on Sunday and Monday.

Please review the housing information and class schedule information. Teachers are welcome to make posts for classes, but not required. Anyone can make a post set in the cafeteria, library, or study hall.

If you want to learn more about the area where the school is located, you can find that here. Please let us know if you have any questions about the area!

Most posts will go in oldcityacademy. Make sure you add your character tag to posts as this is how we will conduct the monthly activity checks. Only posts in this community will count. If your character is going home to go through canon events, visiting friends, or traveling outside the general Philadelphia area, you can post that in outsideoldcity.

Don't forget to comment on the Wanted page so when we advertise again, we can include specific characters! And remember, if you have any questions or concerns, just ask! That's what we're here for and we don't bite (unless you ask nicely)!
