Tonight the costumed villain Electro resurfaced in New York City, orchestrating a burglary on the Stark Enterprises campus in Long Island. Electro and his accomplices were apparently successful in their heist; according to eyewitnesses the criminals made off with several as yet undisclosed technological devices.
An eyewitness, maintenance worker Michael Futone, claims that the power and backup generators went out in the building before the group burst in through the front doors. While his accomplices searched for the goods, Electro assaulted a Stark Employee identified as Harold Hogan, head of security at Stark Enterprises.
Although there was no security footage from inside during the power outage, cameras outside the building have corroborated Futone's story, showing the both the break in and escape minutes later. Thanks to the CPR efforts by Futone, and calls put in by other employees, paramedics arrived in time to rush Hogan to the hospital where, it is reported, he is in critical condition. More details on this story as they become available.
