Characters: Cyclops and any X-men
Setting: Xavier Mansion
Content: Working on the school plans.
Summary: Scott returned home to find his home destroyed. Now he begins to rebuild.
The school had always been a safe haven for mutants. Even with what the government was doing, it was still pretty secure. Scott Summers had returned to his home to find it ruined. Xavier sent him to Europe for a meeting, and apparently Sinister attacked. Now, as he looked at the blueprints for a new mansion, he wondered how many times something like this would happen? It wasn't new.
"So the Danger Room is gonna be over here now? Alright, Charles. I guess you know best."
He was looking through the red sunglasses that protected the world from his power. Everything kind of had a red tint, but he had gotten used to it the past 20 years of his adult life. Carefully scanning, he knew this could place could be rebuilt, but he wanted to know exactly what they were doing before they started.
Walking over to the large crumbling wall, there was a moment where he reflected. Taking a moment to relive his past was never fun, but he kinda had no choice. Scott remembered coming here, and his first set of team mates. He stood there, thinking of each face. They were his family now. Reaching up, he held the thin sunglasses between his index finger and thumb, then lifted them slowly. There was a silent glow forming, then released smashing into the crumbled wall. This happened in a fraction of a second. Bricks were normally stacked fairly tight, but they couldn't stand the amount of force that smashed into them. Standing there he imagined he missed his calling as a construction worker. He was a walking wrecking ball.
