Today was Tony's lucky day. Betty had just come from the ALS and was on her way to the labs now. She often alternated between her projects and Bruce's these days, made sure his weren't being burned to the ground. She'd hate for him to come back to a devastated lab. He'd probably shrivel right on up, never to be heard from again, and she'd have to teach Hulk how to splice proteins. The beanstalk wasn't the most cooperative student.
Betty was in the middle of fixing her bun into place when she tread by, right past the Iron Man, seemingly unaware of his unusual presence. Until she took pause, took a slow, single stride back, glanced around to make sure she was in the right spot before eying him curiously. Her lips turned up in a mildly bemused smile. "You lost, stranger?"
