Magneto rose from the bench, stepped through the cell force field, and then powered it down at a console on the wall. "Come with me, there's something you should see." He moved along down the hallway of cells, flinging open the heavy metal door with a twirl of his fingers and starting up a staircase that would open onto the lowest level of the main cells, deep within the asteroid. Allowing him out and turning his back on his son was a gamble, but Erik was prepared to defend himself and, even if Pietro ran he would soon realize, as Erik was about to show him, that there was nowhere to run.
