Let's get down to business. To defeat the Huns.
As far as Wanda was concerned "romance or whatever" was something you did naturally, wanted to do, when you were falling for someone (not that, she told herself quickly, she was actually falling for Clint). It went beyond the sex and delved into a realm of complications and feelings. Wanda didn't know if Clint wanted anything beyond sex, but she did know that he cared about her, that he was uncomplicated and wore his heart on his sleeve and that was refreshing to her somehow. That he was at least aware of what was expected of him was good, and if he didn't like the role of boyfriend now maybe he'd learn to like it later. She'd try to make it worth it for him if he stuck around awhile and played along.
Wanda did know what Clint liked, knew how to give him what he wanted which would, in turn, get her exactly what she wanted. Obviously, this tactic was working to her advantage. " Tomorrow ," she insisted and dragged him up by the front of his shirt to kiss him, grinding her hips as she did, then shoved him back down again. She crossed her arms and barred his access to those clothes he wanted to rip off her. He wasn't getting a thing until she got a more concrete promise than 'we might be able to work something out.' Still not quite good enough. "You plan it. Impress me," she suggested, posing it as a challenge. That was more his language. When had Hawkeye ever turned down a challenge?
