Tony wasn't the only ducking out of the way. The sudden noise had Peter shifting back against the wall too. He leaped to the side of the building and crawled half way up for cover. A slight flaring of his spider sense dictated the level of the threat. It also told him the direction it was coming from. Seemed to be outside, obviously. "Well!" exclaimed Peter in puzzlement. He crawled back downward with his head upside down gazing out the window frame too. That was some greeting there. Someone was either shooting at zombies or at them. Honestly, Spider-Man disliked both possibilities. They shouldn't be killing these creatures if they could help it. Who knew how permanent the change was! Lots of other super villains had abilities that only temporarily did things just like this. To kill a victim infected was down right stupid. The other alternative meant they had enemies which confused the heck out of him.
He risked a glance in the direction of the remaining zombies still in the building and frowned underneath his mask. "We're running out of time." Spidey explained as he pointed to the doorframe closed shut with webbing. The horde was starting to slowly tear away at it. "We've got maybe twenty minutes."
