Who: Summanus (NPC) OT Technica, Phantom, Wild Child, Storm (More to be added later) When: Friday, November 7th, evening (Forward dated) Where: The HQ Building What: Something wicked this way comes... Summanus was on edge, he had expected to have more time to execute his plans, but his sources had made it clear that the clock was running out. Magneto had located a powerful technopath, and she would complicate things exponentially. He needed to get the information his employers wanted and get out. He had worked his way up and into Special Ops over the years, but it was still odd for him to be in the HQ building this late in the evening, but it was necessary. Sammanus was a little known but very appropriate name for this particular mutant, for the god of night thunder he truly was.
He moved quietly through the building, armed with stolen access codes, keeping near to the wall and the shadows there. As it was after hours, the lights were dimmed to conserve power, and that suited Sammanus quite well. He melted into even the smallest shadows, and appeared again as he stepped under the lights which were turned on, his shadowmelding powers becoming obvious as he walked. He had a hat pulled low over his eyes and attempted to not look overly suspicious, but it was difficult, none the less. He was still in the outer rooms of the HQ building, places he had authorized access to still, but he knew he would be going much deeper than he was supposed to.
He turned the corner and spotted a figure walking towards him. His heart jumped into his throat as he recognized the figure from the information files. It was no one other than the very technopath who was personally messing up his time line. He kept moving forward without missing a beat, flashing her a quick smile as he walked, plotting what to do. Just let her leave? If she was called back, she could be serious trouble. If he attacked her, there was the chance she would be able to signal someone for help via her mutation. Time was ticking as he drew ever closer to her, trying to make his decision.
