Welcome to octopon, the fandom asylum for for Hanna-Barbera's The Pirates of Dark Water!

Please feel free to join and contribute to the fandom! All important asylum rules, forms and other miscellanous details can be found below.

I· Only topics related to The Pirates of Dark Water may be accepted. Please do not submit anything off topic such as non-PoDW related Hanna-Barbera posts or graphics, fics, RPG requests. No 'dream anime/live-action casts' topics.

II· Please play nice: no flaming, harassing, fighting/bashing, or the like. Please respect everybody's personal tastes and opinions when it comes to characters, pairings (canon & slash), etc. You will be warned twice through PM before you will be booted without ceremony.

III· Submit all fanfiction, fan artwork, YouTube videos and so on behind an appropriate LJ-Cut. You will be notified if you fail to do this simple task and asked to fix it; if the entry has not been edited, I will remove said entry.

IV· Please refer to the forms down below for submitting your own fanfiction behind an LJ-Cut. Please be responsible, and do not spam

octopon with an update to your story(ies) every other hour.

octopon is a slash friendly asylum! Please keep aware that not every PoDW fan may like a certain pairing, slash or not, con or not, etc. Please label your fanfiction and fanart appropriately, such as if it is NSFW.
