Small spaces, one guy and two girls.

Who: Cary, Lily and Ella
When: 8:15 and beyond
Where: Elevator of Doom!

He had tried, at least that much could be said about him. Although he refused to dress up because Cary had grown up in the 90's and didn't need to relive his idiocy. Thank you very much. Once there it had only taken him a few minutes to realize he'd rather be anywhere else on the ship. It didn't seem to be in his nature to want to get drunk and rub against people dressed like they'd all fallen back in time. No, he'd much rather be in his room or somewhere equally as quiet and mundane.

If he had known it was so early, Cary probably would have just walked up to the deck or gone somewhere else but he was still feeling a little jet lagged and the thought of his bed was too much to resist. Shuffling into the elevator Cary leaned up against the wall, closing his eyes and waiting for the doors to do the same when he heard someone call out. Sticking his hand out and stopping the doors for whoever it was.

Sun is shining, the weather is sweet

Who: Lily, Cary and open
Where: 11th floor - Helios Deck (by the railings)
When: At about noon

Lily had never been to Miami. Really, she had never been anywhere the sun shined so brightly and lasted so long. It had been quite the sight to see, all things she had never really seen before other than on television or on the Internet. Sure, the days weren't all rainy back in Norwich, but the sun never stood a chance to shine so brightly there.

You could say Lily had been awestruck by Miami, the ocean and the sun; it was everything that Norwich or New York City weren't. So, after settling into her room, which she noticed was also somewhat of an extension of that sunshine she had taken to so much, Lily went out on deck. She wanted to breathe in the air and feel the rays of sunlight on her pale skin; right now it really didn't matter to her if she got sunburned. Even if it certainly would later, because a burnt skin didn't go well with her own general look. But the sun felt to Lily like some sort of sign, of new beginnings and brighter days. That was more important than any kind of look.
