The walls were crumbling down around them and all Jaime could think of, was how he deserved this. This was the fate that was always meant for him – dying in the arms of the woman he loved while being punished at the same time. Of course no one should die the way they were dying, but they were both awful people and this was what they deserved. He knew it, and that was why he left Brienne, so he could finally get the punishment he deserved. Of course he did think that maybe, just maybe Cersei and him could get away somehow and maybe change? No, he knew she wouldn't change and he knew deep down that they would not end up making it. All he knew was, if death was coming, they had to die together as they came into this world together.
Of course what he did not expect was to suddenly wake up on some island in the middle of no where..all he could think of was how this must be hell. It didn't look like hell, a nice paradise actually, but there had to be something darker here. There was no way that he was anyplace other then hell.
He found the welcome package that he was given was odd and he didn't fully understand it, but somehow figured out how to put a message out there. This device was not really something from his world and must have to do with the afterlife somehow. But then his daughter, Myrcella responded to him..there was no way she could be in hell..she was so sweet and innocent. Didn't seem to have a mean bone in her body, nothing like himself or Cersei. She went on to assure him that this wasn't hell..or an afterlife for that matter. She went on about them getting a second chance. He did not think he deserved any sort of second chance. Jaimie still didn't believe her, at least not yet. Maybe once he saw her in person or some others and tried to make more sense of this place.
