Our History

A community for posting the history, events, and memories of a time within a character's life before they came to Elysium. Most memories might be happy, but there are those sad ones as well. Recall those times here, as you would write them on the main rpg community, for others to read and to better understand your character's story. Posting here is not mandatory.

Chris and Hayate: Confessions of a jealous teenager [30 Jan 2009|09:35pm]
Who: Chris and Hayate
When: November 10, 2007 - Afternoon
Where: Start - Near the café, End - Hayate's cottage
What: Hayate isn't the only one who gets possessive

Chris had been in a bad mood ever since the day she spied Hayate with another woman. The image was burned on her memory, a wretched reminder that the boy that she liked had been holding hands with another girl! She stomped everywhere she went, and her brother knew better than to get in her way. She didn't answer him when he asked her what was wrong, choosing to give him the evil eye instead of telling him her problems. He was a boy, and at that point Chris thought that all boys were jerks.

The young girl hadn't left the water bungalow until today, her feet dragging her toward the Market Place. Chris wasn't going anyplace in particular she just needed to walk around to clear her mind, but all she kept thinking about was Hayate and how she missed him. But she didn't want to miss him - he didn't deserve to be missed! He was with someone else, holding hands with someone else, and he was a big jerk because of it!

She growled under her breath, steam rising from her parted lips. It was chilly out, and there was some snow on the ground from the morning. Was this their first snow of the season? Chris didn't know, and she didn't care at the moment. She sighed a little, and lifted her head to see where she was going. Her breath caught in her chest and she stopped dead in her tracks. There, standing in front of the café, was Hayate. Chris looked around for the other girl, but it seemed as if the vampire was alone. Unable to move from her spot (since it seemed her feet had a mind of their own) Chris decided to glare at him. Her anger rose in her chest as her eyes remained fixed on the vampire.

Zach and Adrienne: Birthday Girl [30 Jan 2009|09:52pm]
Who: Zach and Adrienne
When: Sunday, December 9, 2007. Nighttime.
Where: Zach’s room.
What: Adrienne’s birthday surprise.
WARNINGS: Mature sexual content between lovebirds.

Zach noted to himself that it had been raining nonstop today as he glanced outside of his bedroom window. The rain put a damper on any possible outside ideas for Adrienne’s birthday, but it had been raining for a few days now and he had expected as much. Scraping his original plans, Zach came up with something on the fly. While it was semi-childish, it was the best he could do on short notice. He hoped Adrienne would like it as he hurried out of his room and back downstairs.

Adrienne hadn’t asked him anything all day after he said happy birthday, but he noticed as her mood began to drop towards the evening. He hadn’t given her any gifts yet and nothing short of those two celebratory words coupled with a kiss, so Adrienne was probably wondering why the hell her boyfriend sought it fit not to give her anything. That wasn’t the case, though. Zach had set up her surprise ahead of time in his room, and he was just waiting until nighttime to unveil it to her.

The couple had left her cottage not too long ago, and they were lucky enough to have heavy duty raincoats to shield them from the rain on the way to Zach’s home. The dry warmth of Zach’s cottage was welcoming after their travel, and he just had to add the finishing touches while she waited downstairs. Now, he stood on the last step with a big grin on his face and beckoned her with his hand. “C’mon,” Zach said, “I have something to show you.”

Up the stairwell they went until they reached the top, and Zach ushered her to his bedroom door. “Close your eyes.” Zach was smiling, fighting off the anticipation as he waited for Adrienne to cover her face with her hands or just close her eyes, and he slowly opened the door to lead her inside by the arm.

“Look,” he murmured, biting on his lower lip as he turned to gauge her reaction.

He had set up a tent in his room using sheets, but it was a tent that looked more like a palace of sheets. There were little flags and an opening made of a square cloth, one they could pull aside in order to enter. From outside of the tent, the whole structure seemed to glow. Zach had set up lights on the inside, where her cake and presents awaited her.
