Yes, over the heads of many still was the cloud of fear and doubt. Emotions collected together like that after the death of the faun and it was to be expected. Others were more than happy to dismiss the gossip of murder and move along with their lives, as happy now as they were Sunday night. Danukas was a deeply contemplative soul, markings of which are in the form of the almost ever-present wrinkled creases on his forehead, and it would be apparent to any especially observant being that this death amongst others was weighing on his mind.

He had not been making much habit to leave the cottage, not nearly as much as Cordelia would have wished him to. While she was out today as well, Danukas decided to take a stroll through down the path that led towards town, again. It had taken him some time to pull himself out of his thoughts and when he did, there was the distinctive smell and look of a stable not far beyond him.

It had been some time since he had last ridden a horse, a good a proper ride, thanks to the conveniences of modern technology. Danukas did enjoy automobiles, especially Italian ones, but thankfully the adjustment to go from that time of the world to how things existed in Elysium was not difficult for him. He had been alive long before technological luxuries that so many of these much younger generations had grown dependant on for life. How many of these youngsters had ever seen a real horse, touched it, let alone rode one?

And here were not just what had been typical horses, but pegasi. Now, no one could say that they had ridden such a magnificent creature like those before. Danukas stood quite still, with his hands in his pockets, and simply watched them walk about the paddock. He had heard that one could learn how to ride a pegasus but he found himself content watching them from afar.
