Who: Nico and Zach
When: Afternoon
Where: Lake Alata'elen
What: Fishing trip!

It wasn't exactly the best weather for a fishing trip, but Nico wasn't about to let some fog and cold ruin his plans with Zach. The pair had originally planned on going ice fishing, but the smaller ponds around Elysium didn't have any fish, and the freshwater lake wasn't even frozen over. So they opted for regular fishing, checking out a medium-sized boat from the dock master and heading out to the middle of the lake.

The boat was stocked with bottles of beer (a staple for any respectable fisherman), food, and other supplies the boys deemed necessary. The chill in the air was staved off by some blankets, and magical lanterns that produced as much heat as a campfire. They had four of those lanterns around them, allowing them to relax even more on their trip.

The water was quiet with a mist that hovered a few inches above the surface. Nico had dispersed the mist around their boat with his powers, but had left the rest of the lake covered in the eerie fog. He cast his fishing line far into the distance, and began to reel it in slowly. He let it stop for a few minutes while he grabbed his beer, taking a long drink from it. A relaxed sigh left his mouth, and he looked sideways at Zach.

"Ain't this great?" He asked with a smirk. "No chicks. No parents. Just two men doing manly things." Not that fishing was particularly manly, but the sentiment was the same - girls were great, but sometimes hanging out with the guys was even better.
