Who: Dominic & Daiyu When: Late morning Where: Library What: Putting up campaign posters
Dominic was determined to win one of those Vice-Council seats. It was important to him and to the future of Helicharis as a whole. He knew he could make a difference if only he had some power, little as it may have been. The first step, however, was to get his name out there. Let himself be known to others since he had only been in the haven for two or three weeks at the most. No one would vote for someone they had never met before, so he got started on his campaign the moment he received the letter earlier that day.
The posters he made were crude at best. A single sheet of paper with a picture of himself with his name, and a little slogan underneath it all. He didn't make very many, fifteen at the most, since the camera he had borrowed from one of Loki's friends had run out of film. At least the girl was nice enough to let him borrow it. Dominic would find a way to repay her later.
He went around the town, putting up his campaign ads in the places with the most people - the cafe, the restaurant, the candy shop, Town Hall, the combat gym, and finally the library. It would be his last stop in town before he made his way over toward the different cottages. The siren stood in front of the bulletin board that was placed near the library's entrance - anyone who went in-and-out of the library would definitely see his poster. Dominic knew the power of subliminal suggestion went a long way, and as long as his name was in the back of people's minds they would surely keep him in mind as they voted.
He stepped back to eye his 'masterpiece', and smiled. He was the first one to get any posters up in Elysium, and that would surely make a difference in the end.
