Who: Zach and Adrienne When: Night, shortly after 8:30 pm and during the snowfall. Where: Adrienne's cottage, her bedroom. What: Dealing with the aftermath of hell.
A low whistling noise filled the room as the wind howled outside of the window, and Zach’s eyes stared over Adrienne’s hair at the glass panes. He watched the swirls of white flakes and puffs float and twirl through the air together in an intricate dance before eventually landing on something below. Some flakes gathered on the ledge of the window, pilling up a white trail of fluff that looked a lot like cotton. There were no other noises inside of the room aside from the steady sound of their breathing.
His arm laid around Adrienne’s waist, careful not to touch her middle where Dante’s stab had pierced her flesh. Zach was still not sure if Adrienne was alive or not, even though they were lying here together. He hadn’t expected her to survive two deep stab wounds like those, but they said the shifting had saved her; it sped up the healing process, made the wounds smaller than what they originally started out as. A part of him still feared she would slip away in the middle of the night, and so he clung to her for as long as he could without letting go. Maybe this would be the last time he could hold her like this before she disappeared from his life forever.
Zach closed his eyes and buried his face into Adrienne’s hair, squeezing them shut as a few tears slid out. They would have soaked into the pillow if not for her hair, which took them in instead. Though he wasn’t pressed against her wounded back, he was very close to her, not even an inch away, and one of his legs was pressed to hers as the other had curled over hers long ago. The blankets were cozy above them, but the heat from the combined bodies was the only thing that really kept him warm.

Who: William and Hayate When: Late Night Where: The Wine Bar What: While William is getting his drunk on, he meets someone...interesting. (I'm just starting from square one, hope that's okay!)
"No, wait. Seriously! I was only serious about wondering about the pointy ears, not the threesome." Welp, there went two hot chicks. Turned out, weird looking, yet hot females had feelings too. William just wasn't getting it here. He felt like the lesser species and it kind of sucked being normal. Not only was he bad at understanding what sensitivity was, but he wasn't too careful with the questions he asked. Often times, within minutes he was already on to "So what are you?" Not the best way to make friends.
No matter how many times William went to the Wine Bar, he always forgot that they had goodies like Jack Daniels in which he ordered and asked for the bottle to be left with a shot glass. Of course, his excuse for drinking today? The loss of talking to two hot, slightly freaky females. William wasn't within the "always drunk" category, but when he did get drunk, he got drunk
Time passed and various conversations with people took place, one more drunk than the other. Some spoke of a killer on the loose, some asked about the search parties, others just ranted about their personal issues. William was like a shrink to some of these crazies.
The human reached a point where he was so drunk, he needed what he called a "breather" which was just resting his head on the table and hoping everything would stop blurring together. He couldn't help but laugh a little. Shit. He remembered when some Lycanthrope played beer pong with him until he was puking. Asshole didn't say he was a hairy bastard until he was near puking his guts out.
William didn't even realize a new face was approaching. He was too busy trying to see how he could muster up the strength to leave. He was a big boy, he could walk it off.

Who: Theora and Elliot When: Afternoon Where: Elliot's forest cottage What: Thanking Elliot in person for the flowers
The walk to the forest cottages was relaxing despite the chill in the air. Today was a good day for the priestess, and for Elysium in general with the return of the kidnapped girls. They wouldn't have to worry about Dante's madness any further, and things could go on as they had before the entire situation. The priestess looked around at the blanket of white that covered the land, and it felt as if the snow was meant to cleanse the haven of the recent negativity. Everything was fresh, and clean, and Theora took a deep breath into her lungs.
The morning had been busy for the priestess, and with her afternoon free she made her way toward the forest cottages to visit a one Elliot Brenton. She remembered meeting the young man at the café on Wednesday, and he was kind enough to send her flowers on Friday. The least Theora could do was thank him for the lovely gift in person. After all, it was not every day that Theora was given flowers.
Her steps left footprints in the snow, and there were marks left from the hem of her robes dragging behind her. She had looked up the young man's address through the records at Town Hall, and she made her way to his cottage easily. She paused on the doorstep, and brushed the snow from her robes. Theora knocked on the door twice, and waited patiently for Elliot to answer. When he did she smiled brightly.
"Good afternoon, Elliot," she said. "Would you mind if I entered your home?"

Who: Marley and Elijah When: Early Afternoon Where: Elijah's Bungalow What: Marley forces Elijah to deal with her as a house guest
"You should probably stay here!" Someone yelled after Marley when she fled from the Market. That was sometime before noon she would guess before the winds were as fierce as they were now. As she progressed towards her house, the winds grew more intense and the empath felt like she was pushing against an invisible wall. To make things worse, she wasn't properly dressed. With only a sweater on and jeans with tears in them, Marley felt like she was freezing to death. Her hands were unprotected by gloves and her lips felt pained every time she licked them. Her nose was burning and her sight was clouded by her hair flapping in the wind. "Great..fucking great." She stated through shivered breaths. "I'm going to freeze to death and turn into a snow woman." There wasn't much snow, the only snow that was whirling around was the snow that had fallen early in the morning, even perhaps at night.
Marley lost where she was going. She was too busy trying not to fall on her ass. She was a very thin girl and she stumbled a few times. Since she was pissed and frustrated and just about everything and anything but calm, it ruined a good sense of direction for her.
"You know, fuck this."
Desperate times called for desperate measures. Marley knew she was far from home when the houses she was walking towards looked nothing like the residential area she was used to. Her easy guess was the lovely Bungalows. One of these Bungalow owners was going to be nice enough to let her in to relax. If not, she was going to A-break in or B-well who would say no to someone freezing half to death?
She made it to a random Bungalow and knocked. Not once, not twice, but three times. Marley was loud about it too. No answer. Oh, it figured. The empath would have considered the reasonable option of trying another home, but when another rush of wind came in she thought hell no and was pleasantly surprised to find the door open.
The empath snuck in side and hissed when she felt the difference in temperature. The first thing that burnt were her hands and she shook them as if it would remedy the irritation before blowing on them and pressing them together. "Not a bad place I guess." She whispered.
When she heard footsteps, she panicked. There was no way in hell she was going back out in the doom storm so she just tip toed behind a wall and tried to figure out what to do next. It wasn't like she could attack the person. It was their home. Plus, she had already tried to beat up someone and failed miserably.

Who: Mitsuko and Chris When: Morning Where: The Nagamori/Jung Cottage What: Mitsuko is SUPERPISSED and Chris is in SUPERTROUBLE.
An entire day. The little brat thought she could get away with being gone for an entire day. Halfway through the day before, she'd actually gone out looking for Chris. She'd thought something horrible had happened to the girl. Maybe Dante had come back for another. But the girl's scent was easy to pick up. It led right to Hayate's. There was no question where she'd gone-- where she was. She had half a mind to storm in there and yank the girl out by her ear before reporting Hayate to the authorities.
But no, she waited instead. Logan seemed worried as to where the girl was, but Mitsuko told him not to worry. She would deal with Chris.
How could she do this? How could Chris leave to be with Hayate while there was a killer loose. Mitsuko understood teenaged rebellion. Hell, she'd practically redefined the concept. But this was...
She was sitting in front of the door in a chair taken from the kitchen, so she would be the first thing Chris saw when she came in.
The door finally opened. Mitsuko rose from her seat and her lip curled. "Christina Jung... Are you completely out of your mind?"

Who: Chloe and OPEN TO MANY! When: Evening Where: Chloe's Bungalow What: Open House Par-tay! Start a thread, and have fun! Multiple people per thread totally allowed!
Chloe spent a good portion of the day preparing for her house party. She didn't bother with sending out invitations since she didn't care who came as long as a bunch of people did. Chloe just put up a ton of flyers around town and the bungalows and hoped they got noticed and brought people to her front door. She named the time and place, even offered directions, and just asked that people help bring the beer. Chloe came from America, but she was glad they didn't have American drinking laws in this place. As far as she was concerned, eighteen was old enough for beer. Chloe had her own stash at the house, which she would be sharing with the party guests, but it never hurt to tell them to bring their own beer, too. The more, the merrier!
She stashed all of the breakable items in the cabinets and put on a display of colorful flashing lights inside of the house. Chloe strung up Christmas lights outside, which were good for anytime of the year as long as they included all sorts of colors like these. Everyone would be able to spot her bungalow easily at night thanks to these babies. She set out all sorts of snacks on the tables in bowls. Once she felt she was done, Chloe ran for the nearest mirror to check out her appearance. She wasn't going to host a party looking like crap, after all; she was going to look hot, plain and simple. Chloe had a simple idea of hot, though. She was wearing old but comfortable jeans and a cute bright green halter top that was loose around her frame and hung down to her hips. Her hair was curly and worn down, two barrettes clipping both sides of her hair out of her face.
Chloe was ready for a party, and she was just waiting for the first of the people to show up at her doorstep.

Who: Xanthus and Susie When: Noon-ish Where: Marketsquare in Helicharis, wandering about What: The snow has Xanthus grumpy and needing to look for extra supplies.
Xanthus wrapped the skins around his shoulders tighter and tucking his tail as close to his body as he could as the wind blew through the market. This sort of weather wasn't anything new to him of course, in fact it could get much worse than this up in Scotland. But in Scotland they also had more supplies. Furs saved up from summers of hunting, the most ideal locations picked out for camps and set up to keep the elements from becoming to harsh. And then there was the sheer number of the herd. Huddling up under furs by yourself or with just one other centaur was nothing compared to being in the center of a 30 head herd pressed closed together under furs from the cold.
The morning had been spent cleaning up the camp they had set up just outside town, which made it more evident what sort of supplies they needed if they were going to keep this current campsite for any longer. Of course, finding the supplies was another story. He frowned as he looked into one of the shops at the oddly stretched parchment, containers filled with what he assumed were different colored liquids, and brushes. Although the brushes didn't look like anything anyone could use on their hair or even body. Swishing his tail, he huffed out an irritated sigh as he leaned forward a bit closer to inspect the materials. That was until his forehead bumped into the clear glass. Grumbling, he glared at the glass, or at least where he knew the glass was considering his head had just hit it, as he rubbed at his temple. That would definitely take some getting used to.

Who: Kelchek and Susie When: Morning Where: Kelchek's Water Bungalow What: A morning check up.
Kelchek had given up on staying in bed just a few minutes before the first rays of the sun made their appearance for the day. He watched the sun slowly rise over the horizon revealing a light blanket of snow that covered his new residence and decided against a morning jog when he realized that it it was everywhere. Cold tempuratures had never bothered him, but snow had a strange way of always penetrating his natural barrier of warmth whenever it got into his shoes. I'll have to find somewhere to get a pair of boots soon, he thought to himself not looking forward to the snow staying for much longer. and herbs. Definitely herbs. He knew that there was more then likely chance of a running nose or sore throat that would need soothing. But nothing major. He knew the consequences of revealing his healing magics to others all to well. Having nothing better to do he started to search though his loft style bungalow to take a mental stock of everything that he had, and to find everything that he would need to get.
He found a small pad of paper along with a pen on the end table in the living room. Living Room He wrote on the pad revealing his elven elegance. He slowly scanned the room, pointing to each item in it with his pen. "Candles" he said aloud as he wrote it on the list. Finding nothing else of need he moved in to the kitchen. He placed the pad on the counter and grabbed an orange from the basket of fruit on the counter. FOOD He wrote in big letters under the kitchen section after going though the cupboards and fridge, which were mostly empty. He had the basic utensils for cooking, and to his surprise some mint leaves. He grabbed out a small pan and filled it with water to heat for a mint tea.
He moved on into the bed room and reached under his pillow for the little black book. "Right where I left you." He whispered softly opening the book to the section entitled herbs. He carefully chose the ones that he knew he needed for the most common of healings, nothing that would give away his knowledge or lead one to think that he was a healer. Placing the book back under his pillow he looked at the end table that he had avoided looking at until now. Picture Frame. He took a deep breath and centered himself before he could write the last item on his list. He still held to much pain for his loss of Matt. He sat there for a few minutes just staring at his list forcing himself not to lose it again, completely forgetting about the water that was sure to be boiling by now.

Who: James and Kalchek When: Late Afternoon Where: Helicharis area What: Guess some of the young ones must be grumpy today :(
James wasn’t claiming to be some sort of social butterfly. However, the therianthrope had seemed to vanish after the group altercation with Dante. Not because he was afraid to go out or anything, he just only went out when he couldn’t get his dad to do the shopping anymore. On the downside, he wasn’t making new friends. On the upside, he was starting to get along with his father. Instead of ignoring him by staying upstairs and having silent dinners, James stayed downstairs and tried hard to find common ground.
But of course, they still had those sour moments and fights that actually led James feeling inspired to get fresh air. Today was one of those days. Leaving to go no place in particular, James set out to let the cool air ease his hot head. Of course, along with him came his pack of cigarettes and his favorite lighter which only sparked now when he lit it. "It figures." No, it wasn't his first cigarette at all. He was probably on about his fourth and only about twenty or so minutes into his walk, roaming around in zig zags and other various unstable patterns.
Not realizing it was more than likely he could refill his zippo lighter, he threw his lighter into the distance with a numerous amount of curse words attached. R.I.P lighter.
There was a few minutes of silence and James began to run off towards where he threw the lighter. How idiotic. James was attached to that thing like a kid to a teddy bear or blanket. It was like finding a needle in a haystack and luck seemed to not be in his favor. Right when he saw the a glint that he was certain was his lighter, James ran head on into someone. They were pretty solid in comparison to himself, so he fell back a little. Thanks to the run in, he didn't see the lighter anymore.
"Hey great. Thanks a lot! 'Cus of you I lost sight of my lighter!" False accusation to the max, but it just came out.

Who: Susie and Lysander When: Late afternoon/early evening Where: Freshwater Lake What: Seeing a familiar face.
It seemed to Susie that it got dark very early these days. The sun was into its decline but the day’s riding had left her sore and aching. Nothing for it but to go for a swim. Soaking in the water always made things better. So she made a quick retreat to the lake.
She didn’t intend to go far. It wasn’t the day for fainting or desperate rescues. She simply stuck close to the shore, finding a steeper drop off where she could enjoy the sensation of the eddies as the water hit land. As it was quite pleasant, she swam through it a few times before dropping off into a lull. It was nice to simply float and allow the sunbeams to reflect off her scales. She flipped back and splashed to create more rainbows of light.

Who: Marley and Adam When: Afternoon Where: Mausoleum area What: An elemental has to deal with a firecracker
Marley was mentally beating herself up for not helping out with searching for the missing ladies. But at the same time her constant mood swings and on edge behavior wasn't exactly helpful behavior for looking for two people in a more than dangerous situation. With the way her outbursts of negative emotions were these days, she probably would do more harm than good by defying orders. She'd probably think she could go off on her own, only to get herself in trouble. So yeah, a lone walk towards where the dead rested was just what she needed.
She couldn't understand being pissed off for no reason. Maybe she needed to get our more, maybe it was the weather...or maybe she needed to talk about it. The empath realized she hadn't been keeping in touch with her friends. But then again, why burden friends with personal crap you can't quite explain? Yeah and she most certainly wasn't going to talk about how she felt to a stranger.
The longer her mind chatted with itself about how annoyed, flustered and lost she felt, the more pissed off and annoyed her general stance became. Marley's breathing was very offbeat, her fists were clenched and her eyes were narrowed as if she were looking for someone or something.
When she suddenly bumped into someone, instead of saying sorry or moving on, she pushed them. Marley normally would have looked at her oddly colored converse shoes and apologized before walking away. But this time not only did she push the stranger again, but she proceeded to yell at them.
"Right because it's so easy to bump into someone on a road that's like a bazillion feet wide!"

Who: Adam and Jordan When: Mid-morning Where: The farm where Adam lives. What: A second meeting for a djinni and elemental.
Adam heard about the search parties and the missing girls, but he put all of that business out of his mind. Though he knew his family was involved, he had only gone to talk about it with Constance. Adam remained firm in his decision to stay out of their affairs. He was watching over his farm, which was the main focus of his new life. The farm itself wasn’t huge by any standards, but it was of a well size. He planted a number of cold weather crops in hopes they would grow well for the season. Spring was just around the corner, but it had not yet arrived on their doorstep.
Today, he was outside checking the seedlings as they sprouted higher from the soil. Lettuce, cauliflower, potatoes, garlic, broccoli, and cabbage were among some of the types of plants in his fields. Living away from the city had its advantages. He could walk outside like this and roam over a large tract of land without seeing another living being like himself, only the plants and trees that whispered and talked to him. Some were still in hibernation, sleeping away the cold season. Others were awake and rather chipper or sleepy. As an earth elemental, he could hear their voices and communicate with them. It was one of the perks that made farming a good lifestyle choice for him.
However, the welcoming quiet of the farm didn’t mean he would spend today alone. People did venture this way on occasion, especially if the town life became overwhelming for them. His farm was close to one of the roads, and spotting him in the field would be easy for even the untrained eye.

Who: Zach, Nico, Dante, Dione, and Adrienne When: Early Evening Where: A cave near the western edge of the haven. What: Zach and Nico wander off from the search party and find trouble.
Zach sat on the ground a little ways off from the fire, staring off into nowhere. He heard the crackle and pop of the flames eating up the twigs and the dead branches and the quiet murmur of conversation from other people in the group. It served as background noise for his troubled thoughts. He felt useless just sitting here, resting when they should be searching for Adrienne . . . and Dione. He almost forgot about the other girl in the midst of it all, but he wasn’t really trying to rescue her. Adrienne was his main priority. If they were able to take Dante out of the picture, Dione would be safe as well.
Zach already ate, a small helping but enough to keep him going. No one would miss him if he got up and looked around the area while everyone else was still taking their break. However, slipping away by himself wasn’t going to be easy. Glancing over to look at his best friend, Zach knew Nico would want to come with him if he got up to do more searching. There was no way in hell Nico would let him go alone. It wasn’t that bad, Zach reasoned, having your best friend want to come with you. Some people didn’t have best friends to care for them at all.
“You feel like doing more exploring?” Zach asked, reaching up to scratch the side of his head. His hair was itching. It had been a day or two since he last washed it. “I’m getting anxious just sitting here.”

Who: Lysander and Xanthus When: Morning has broken Where: A grove of trees outside Helicharis What: Sullen teenage boys are difficult to deal with
It had almost felt like he'd never slept. Mostly because he hadn't - he couldn't sleep after his conversation with Korrace and he hadn't slept much prior to that, the slide from unconsciousness to that middle state happening not too long after his body became immovable with sleep. His limbs felt incredibly heavy as he stared, body slumped on the ground and his arms folded under his head over a large boulder, at the dying embers of the fire.
He couldn't remember learning how much brush it took to keep a fire burning through the night. There wasn't a calculation for it. He just knew how much to gather, could adjust automatically if it was a windy night or a cool night or if he'd be leaving before daylight broke. It was natural. It was natural to Xanthus, it was natural to every centaur he ever met, he was sure. It was natural. They just knew.
Lysander blinked, mouth a thin, empty line. He had spent hours trying to find what he was looking for, some extra spark, some... something. He just couldn't find it, not matter how hard he searched inside of himself. Quite a bit past frustration, he simply stared out ahead of him in melancholy blankness, watching the flames flicker low.
