Logan was a little surprised that Scott agreed with him. But after their discussion in the bar the other night he was sure Scott had changed a bit. At the question of if he'd stay he glanced at Rogue. "If not.. I'll be here more frequently." Though he was beginning to see that if they did this the right way he was needed here. "I think Scott and I should be put in charge of combat training."
There was no one else here qualified as far as he was concerned. Except for Storm herself and with the duties she had to oversee everything she'd be spread way too thin. "I know what yer thinkin'." He plucked a cigar from his jacket and rolled it between his lips. "That me 'n ole one eye here will rip each others heads off." Very good possibility.
"I think we can at least see eye ta eye when it comes ta this place. I'll be more efficient with brute force, stealth and tactics. Where he's got more knowledge when ti comes to control and team work. Really, I don't see where there is any better option 'Ro." He smiled at her, one of those smiles where he knew that she knew he was right. And he was certain it would grate her nerves just a little bit.
But what he could say was being here right now, seeing her and hearing her it was like the old Storm he'd known. It was as if for the last couple months she'd been possessed by someone else. "We wouldn't let ya down."
