As much as he hated it, Logan was right. Scott wasn't sure what world he woke up in, but it wasn't the one he left. Things were different, and they had about a hundred bombs in a school waiting to go off. Scott hadn't been back long enough to see how the training was being handled, but he would look into it as soon as he got back.
"Then stay here for whatever reason you have, but if I go back and question Storm about what she is doing, I would rather have you there as insurance." Scott smirked, as he took a sip of his drink again. If he mentioned any of this to Ororo, he would like to know he had back up. No one had told him they were unhappy with her leadership. Kitty talked about Ororo like she really was a weather goddess. But he hadn't really taken a survey about her performance.
The school did need order, and Scott hadn't seen any of it when he came back. Looking up at the man, he nodded slowly as he spoke. "So, I guess I am on my own in this. Everyone else seemed to think the school was running perfectly. I didn't know there was any reason to worry. The other person mentioning me leading was Emma Frost. We know how reliable that is." He laughed as he finished.
"But, thanks for taking time to talk, Logan. I won't keep you from your life any longer." Scott didn't know where he was staying. He didn't know why Logan wanted to be out here. It didn't stop his tone from being disappointed.
