Anyone up for a thread or need a tag in the ball thread? I've been looking for a place to jump in, but with IJ's issues, it has been difficult. I also didn't want to interrupt anything or possibly jump in where my character(s) might complicate things.

Jean-Marie, my artist, is available for scenes right now and my French noble Arnaud will be on Monday. I was wondering, would Google Docs or similar non-IJ methods of role play be acceptable, as long as the role play (finished or a partial parts) are eventually posted in the IC-community?

Hello everyone! I'm M, I'm terribly new to this journal thing, but I'm super, super excited to be here. :) I'm looking forward to meeting you all. Just be patient with me while I figure this out and fiddle my way through it.

So I play Cornelia ("Nel") Hanley, a darling socialite just slightly intrigued by the idea of husband hunting. She has a curious past, which I will be sharing in parts with you really soon! (Tomorrow, I'll be posting her background and all that good stuff.) But she's focused on her future, so watch out. (Haha.) Her father is a renowned orchid hunter, just an interesting detail, and so she's under the watchful eye of his dear and slightly shrewd, widowed sister while in his lengthy absences.

I suppose it's about time I make one of these, even though I've commented on nearly everyone's intro posts.

I'm Charlotte and I play Daphne Wexley (daphnelovering) and Lysander Mountford-Miles (lysandermm).

Daphne is the eldest daughter of the noble Wexleys. She is very outdoorsy and feisty, but really friendly. She writes (anonymously of course) published poetry and stories. If you want to know more about her, read the information on her in my journal. She is really fun to play and I'm sure she can be very adventurous.

Lysander is thought to be dead. His family believes that he was killed while in the Navy with his older brother Gregory, but it was actually one of their younger brothers who had them killed. Murray. The hit man failed to kill Lysander, so when he got better, he did some investigating, and ended up killing his brother. Now, Eward and Lucinda are his only siblings left, and he's not really liking them either at the moment because of Eward getting the estate after their father being stripped of it. The only person who knows of his existence in the family is his father, who are now planning something against Eward.

So, let me know if you have any ideas about these kids! There are lots of storylines to be filled for both of them!

Hello again lovelies!

This is Jack, he's a penniless, French ex-spy trying to pass himself off as an English gentleman by day and a mercenary or general man of action by night. He's also got quite the eye for the ladies, so not surprisingly he's got a few wives strewn across Europe, but that doesn't mean he's done playing the field.

If anybody is looking to have something illegal done, be it jaywalking to murder, Jacques Jack is the one to call!

Hello guys! Just to let you know how this shindig is gonna go down.

For every week in game, it will be progressed every two weeks. So you will, essentially, have two weeks to play the one week we set out for play. You WILL receive forewarning before the week changes to get saves etc in, so don't worry. We'll try to keep it as scheduled as possible.

Secondly, we are kicking things off with a Soiree! Just to let all characters mingle, have some threads, interaction and such so that it's easier to create lines and contacts. This is where your foundations begin, so it's a great opportunity.

Finally, if you know of anyone who may be interested in the game please spread the word! I'm trying to get this game advertised but not too much. Let's see where we go!

I just realized that I should have put this in my app, but I was toujours ages ago. Can I say that 2007-2008 was ages ago? It certainly feels like it was, I mean, I can't even remember why I left even though it seemed dreadfully important at the time. Ah well, the important thing is that I'm here now and that I can honestly swear, cross-my-heart-and-hope-to-die, that my writing has improved since then.

So, uh, hello again, I suppose. I am massively excited about this game and can't wait for it to start!
