Hestia,
I was in Diagon Alley the other day when the attacks occurred and something about the Dark Mark caught my attention. It's a rune -- thurisaz but in it's reversed form. Now, I could tell you the meanings behind it in it's normal form as well as it's reversed form, but I feel that it would be best to tell you in person.
Also, I think there are two people who would make good candidates for the Order. Yet, I wanted to run who they are and how I think that they will benefit the Order. I also figured we could discuss this when I came to tell you about the rune.

I have spoken with Bill and we have both agreed that Shell Cottage would be an ideal place for the Order headquarters. I hope that we can organise ourselves as quickly as possible, especially considering the recent attacks.
