"Yeah, I've seen it." He thought about mentioning Jenny and having watched it with her as one of those 100 monster movies to watch before you die things. It had been a long time ago, but there was a lot of pop culture him and Apollo needed to make up for since their memories had been wiped. It made communication with their team members easier, and it helped Jenny fit in with kids her age. She might not have been a normal child, but they wanted to give her a normal-ish childhood.
Midnighter didn't know what to do with the kid, but when he turned at the alien, the creature was staring at him like he was desert. "You don't want to do that," he said quietly and held out the box in his hand again. "Get in the box or this is really going to hurt."
He took a moment to look down at Kid Flash. "You ever fight an alien before?" It had a low threat level, and if this kid was running around fighting things at night, it wouldn't hurt to let him get a little practice in. He wasn't too sure how he'd feel about him ripping out the thing's spine if it came to that.
