He'd heard the kid before he saw him. The blur had gone by pretty fast and he'd thought it was the older, but the color was off. He could see why Reverse Flash or Zoom or whoever was deciding to be an asshole that day of the week would be doing in Metropolis. The Flash's sudden appearance naturally meant his buddies would follow him around. He just wasn't expecting to see this little guy running around at this time of night. Weren't Metropolis heroes mostly day fighters?
