Athena and OPEN, around 9:30
By the time Athena walked into the penthouse, the party was buzzing. She'd worn a dress the colour of rich red wine, and the soft pleats of the skirt swished around her ankles as she worked her way toward the bar. Her eyes swept the room as she did so, idly noting the various gods in attendance, many faces familiar, some of them intriguingly new. Hecate was unmissable, radiant as the full moon in a gown of silver. Artemis was in animated conversation with one of her nymphs, and... was that her uncle huddled morosely with a dog at the other end of the bar?
She considered going over to greet him -- it had been some time -- but company seemed to be the exact opposite of what he was looking for right at this moment. Perhaps she'd circle back later. For now, she took her wine glass from the bartender and turned to survey the rest of the crowd, wondering what other surprises the evening had to offer.
