Who: Helenus, Constanze, Aloysia
When: Monday afternoon
What: Aloysia trying to be a good big sister but really just butting in
Where: Constanze's apartment
Warnings: We shall see
Constanze had milked her 'healing time' with this sunburn. Where it would have taken her approximately one week to heal when she was mortal, now it only took a matter of days. Such was one of the gifts of being reborn again. However, because she wasn't all too keen on Aloysia coming over and asking Helenus personal questions she had taken it upon herself to heal a little longer. There was also the matter of not wanting her sister to see any redness whatsoever because that would only give Aloysia ammunition against Constanze. So far she hadn't set a specific day because she knew her sister would be at her doorstep well ahead of time and Constanze liked being prepared. Instead, she had texted her sister when Helenus had already arrived and had been there for at least an hour so that they had already established the atmosphere. She set some things on a tray, muttering to herself in German, something obviously about her sister because the name Aloysia would have been difficult to miss.
"I'm sorry again about my sister," she said, setting out a tray of tea and little sandwiches much like she would have back in the old days. "She can be incessantly forward and while that can be a strong suit, it's rather frustrating when you don't want her to be that way. She has a way of bringing out the insanity in everyone." As he had already witnessed a few days prior.
In reality, she was trying to prepare Helenus for Aloysia's Arrival and even Constanze knew that that wasn't always possible. "She has been a diva our entire lives. The center of our families life, quite literally," she said, straightening the silverware. "We would follow her wherever her career lead her, and while I do love her, she can be a downright brat." She stood up and looked at the table, placing a finger to her lips as she thought to herself. "We can have something more substantial when she leaves," she suggested, because this was no meal for anyone. A moment passed and she crossed her arms, suddenly very nervous about this. Yes, she knew how to handle her sister. Yes, they would all survive because no one ever died from awkward situations. But it sunk in that Helenus meeting someone in her family sort of cemented their relationship. She liked him, a lot, but she had wanted this to happen in their time and not Aloysia's. They had been dating for only a few months and she didn't know where his intentions were set, so Aloysia forcing this meeting had Constanze wondering. There was also the matter of Aloysia meddling with Wolfgang, but she hadn't been so concerned about that today. She took in a steady breath and clapped her hands together with a smile. "This too shall pass," she announced to the room.
