Helen nodded, "If you insist. I promise to leave you a little," she said with a wink. She took his nearly-pulling-off-his-shirt in stride, pretending not to have noticed and yet somewhere deep down she felt a wince of disappointment. That was a feeling she had to bury because they were friends and she had every intention of making sure at least that wouldn't be taken from them. Helen had very few people she called friend and she didn't need thoughts and feelings jeopardizing them.
