Who: Sigyn, Thor When: Wednesday evening What: Siblings have a surprise reunion Where:Shakespeare in the park Warnings: We'll see...
Sigyn had come a long way over the last few years. When she first arrived a few years before she had been in a dream state, unsure of what was real and what was fantasy. She hadn't realized then that Loki was who he said he was. Had it not been for his own perseverance she might never have woken up from her dreams. She had wanted so badly to find him, to find her boys. Nothing in the world mattered more to her than those three, and she had finally found Loki and she could live again.
Now, he was the one who had disappeared and she felt completely and utterly alone in this world. Her instincts were to go off and find him again, but then she thought that maybe if she just stayed put he would find her just like before. So far there was no word of his return and each day she felt more and more hopeless. Her life meant nothing if it meant living without her boys. It took a lot to keep herself from leaving the city again and wandering, to try and find Loki again. She knew deep in her heart that she would once again be reunited with him, even if it meant waiting a thousand years.
For now she wandered the city streets when she wasn't working. As much as she valued her me time she well enough that sitting at home alone wouldn't find her sons or Loki. Getting out and searching would hopefully one day lead her to success and a cheerful reunion. It was today's wanderings that lead her to a peculiar event in Central Park. She didn't keep up with any schedules or festivals. Usually she just happened upon them, much like tonight. She approached one of the booths, intent on buying herself a drink and asking what on earth the event was that was taking place. Instead, she spotted someone all too familiar nearby. Her eyes narrowed as she felt a very strong urge to run the other direction. But Sigyn was no coward, no matter how much she distrusted and disliked the Aesir. Even if the one so close by was her own brother.
