Piper clung to his hand for dear life, allowing herself to be pulled out of the shop. She didn't really breathe easily until they were outside again, and she only stopped moving when she was halfway down the block.
"I would really like to know what the hell is going on," she said shakily, brushing some tiny pieces of glass out of her hair and off her coat. "Considering that...that thing is smashing up the shop."
