"Yeah, sometimes I wish they could have a little of whatever's keeping us going," he sighed. "But we don't always get what we want." Then he snorted. "The usual. It's a giant bureaucracy trying to get too much done at once, so they delegate things to people with next to no experience in whatever they're supposed to be managing. It's maddening."
