Who: Uriel and Eve
What: Adorable shopping
When: Saturday
Where: A store that sells heaters
Warnings: TBD
After she'd ended her conversation with Uriel, Eve had spend a few moments feeling conflicted. She enjoyed Uriel's company, perhaps more then she ought to, and liked hearing him talk. There was also that something else, the slight pull that made her want to curl up close. She knew this feeling, and knew she had to temper it. He was an angel, and she could understand them. They were different. Mind boggling and everything about them screamed not human.
And sometimes, looking at Uriel was looking at the sun. All bright and blinding, and completely unrelatable to anything she was. She was pretty sure that if she didn't have the Knowledge of Good and Evil, it might just drive her insane. It still could.
But she liked having the bridge between them, the understanding. She liked spending time with him. Even if it was to get him a new heater to make sure he didn't set everything he owned on fire. It would be sad to lose out on the books he owned. So to soothe her conflict she'd researched heaters and stores until she'd found one that would suit his purposes. She very much doubted angels were for the endless roaming humans could do in stores.
She'd offered to meet him, basket of baked goods on her arm, so knocked on his door and watched the snow. She'd bundled up to stave off the cold, so right now the scenery was rather nice.
