Now Persephone was with him, he spend a lot of his time making sure that all was well. He escorted her on the trips to the doctor, and made sure that everything was in order otherwise. At the end of it, he knew he just had to wait, so he was glad of his patience.
When she'd gone out he'd busied himself with getting more gems to give to Hephaestus, and some to just sell as well, so a servant had opened the door. The servant had escorted Demeter inside, and into one of the lounges, near a fire.
He'd frowned when they told him of Demeter's presence, and he really hoped she was not here to cause a scene. He preferred his winters scene free. With a sigh he'd gone to where she was and stepped inside the room. He was glad for Cerberus' presence at his side and set one hand on the dog's head.
"Demeter," he offered as kindly as he could. "How can I help you?"
