Maddy managed to keep a straight face as she ordered her own Diet Coke, but then lapsed into silent giggles as he walked away. "Oh my god, oh my god, his face," she gasped.
"It's fine," she said, smiling. "I'm the second youngest child, it's only Lil that's younger than me. When Jamie was born, we were both convinced we were siblings, we spent so much time together. I was sort of the hurricane child, running around and shrieking at the top of my lungs. I took soccer and dance and karate, my parents were hoping I'd come home too tired to run around much, I think. It didn't always work, but I had a lot of fun doing it."
