"I know." She smiled at him. "It's all a part of it. I know the very worst of what can happen and I can deal with everything besides that. But we can't go everywhere. At one point they walk alone, on their own path. and they will stumble, and they will fall. So you remind them you're right there to ask advise from, because we walked our own path and have experience."
"The most difficult part of being a parent is letting go, and accepting you can't see them sometimes. And to trust that everything will be alright." She shrugged. "but it does remind me. Love you do know you can be a parent right? And you're going to be wonderful at it."
