Humans were so predictable. This one was only interesting for the fact that he continued to hassle his dealer. He obviously didn't want to live very long. More curious was when the man got a little more physical, throwing a punch at Envy's face. That was going to cost him. But Envy let him try to rough him up, the man was a coward, asserting his manliness. Envy just used it as an opportunity to dig a little deeper, draw out that feeling of not getting what he wanted. It was a feeling Envy clung to.
But there was something else entering the room. Something that could drive any human into a sense of hopelessness.
