Seeing the extent of her grandfather's wounds made her chew her lips. She really wished she could convince him to see a doctor. God or not, none of them looked good. It was easy to picture what he'd gone through.
But at least he could laugh. It made her smile. "Thank you Papou." she knew it couldn't be easy for him, having to depend on them so much. But he was letting them help and that was a lot. She knew he'd rather go find his wives, or hide until it all went away.
"I'll make you something to eat, then we can bandage your wounds. We'll get you a cab too, to get to Peitho's. I don't think if you walk and pass out on her door, she'd appreciate it."
