Tezcatlipoca managed to locate his jeans, his other shoe, and his undershirt. His long-sleeved shirt was still missing, but this would do for now. He pulled on his jeans and came back into the kitchen, accepting his coffee without any smart remarks, for a change. The hickey did make him pause slightly, though. It was huge and purple.
"I don't remember doing that," he said, peering closer at Quetzalcoatl's neck. "But I must have. I don't remember my teeth being that sharp."
