When Satan was having some particularly strong emotion that he couldn't express to Lucifer or the demons (essentially, anything besides glee, smugness, or rage), he had precisely one person that he pestered. But honestly, Metatron should be used to pestering by now. He was the Voice of God, his head was full of noise all the time. Plus, Satan liked Metatron, so being around him wasn't a chore.
(And if Satan was hoping that their Father might chime in with the location of his missing grandson and Antichrist, well...no need to express that aloud.)
So he appeared on Metatron's couch, stretched out as if he'd been dozing there for hours. "I'm unhappy, Metatron."
