WHO: Jack the Ripper & Andras
WHEN: Christmas Eve [Backdated]
WHERE: A nice pub
WHAT: It's a working man-date
WARNING: Heartless Hotties
Jack had called Andras about results and other completely professional things. Andras could come down to the lab or Jack gave the choice of meeting for drinks. Andras chose drinks, it was Christmas Eve, no reason they couldn't mix a little informality with business, right?
He took time with how he looked, scrubbing himself down to make sure no trace of the sulfur that stuck to him like sweat was there. He had supplied his wardrobe to match his current persona. Leather jackets, worn in, comfortable, indicating they were worn with time and favoritism. They were, just not by him. But tonight he wore a button up coat/jacket thing that didn't look quite natural on him, almost boyish in his attempt. He did it on purpose, he wanted Jack to think he got dressed up a little for him. He wanted the man to think that Mark Andrews took one small step outside of his normal world for the M.E. He still looked good.
They were supposed to have drinks at a nice pub that also served dinner. Andras strolled into an office down the street that had a dozen people still working and said that the pub in the spirit of the season was offering free drinks at the bar. Didn't take much to drop cash with the tender to make sure the drinks kept flowing for a very good reason.. So by the time Jack arrived, the bar would be full and the only place to sit would be at a table. Andras was already at one near a window that had the curtains mostly draped over it, it was a private enough area. He idly looked at the menu but he already knew exactly what he was getting. One thing that irritated him about Jack was that he found his normally sharp mind tended to go a little fuzzy after his meeting. But he had an idea on how to.. take more accurate note of their encounters from now on. So he sat and waited patiently.. this time, Jack would come to him.
