"Oh I know. I just wanted to let you know it's all fairly normal. The loop thing is pretty unavoidable." She wouldn't exactly blame him for being angry, scared, or even a bit sad. She knew she'd raged for a long time before she'd come to terms with it, and at times she still wasn't.
"It's going to take a bit. And you're never going to stop wondering 'I wonder if that person is a Something' or 'Holy Shit what else is out there'. Papou told us the immortal beings can kind of sense each other, which is useless for the rest of us as we can't." She set her hands down and sighed. "My grandfather isn't a good person. He's done stuff that chills me to the bone. But he loves us, in his own way. He keeps us safe from other things. Also, the woman I work for? She's his wife. Sort of. At least sometimes." She shook her head, "it's confusing. She's Hecate. I don't know a lot of other Greek ones. I purposefully don't try and find out. Like I said, most of them are terrible people."
