WHO: Victor, Rosalind and Aislinn WHAT: Dinner with the family WHEN: Tuesday evening WHERE: Victor's place NOTES: I didn't tag Rosalind so you could choose her tag
Since the death of his beloved wife, Victor had taken it upon himself to act as a pseudo-big brother to his little sister-in-law. He adored Rose and sometimes it could get close to doting. He had stayed particularly close to his late wife's parents as well, even referring to them as 'Mom and Dad' at their insistence. It meant more to him than he could say. He had lost his family at an early age; that he didn't lose Sarah's when he lost her was priceless.
He had cooked for Rose and her girlfriend Aislinn. He knew Aislinn loved fish (though he did not know it was because she was a selkie) and so he had grilled some salmon. There were baked potatoes and garlic bread and wine. He liked to spoil them when they came over.
When they knocked, he moved to open the door, only to be tackled by a red-headed force of nature. "Oof, hi, Aislinn!" he laughed, giving her a tight hug and grinning at Rose over Aislinn's shoulder.
