Maureen laughed deeply, handing over the cigarette, then sparking her lighter and holding it out to light it for him. "Has it been so long for you, Mac Nessa? I don't kill anyone. Usually." She grinned, putting her cigarette up to her lips and taking a deep drag.
"Besides, if you were seeing me the way things used to be, it'd mean someone you know is dying, not you. Goodness." She looked him over again. "Listen, no one's following. Feel free to go. But isn't it nice having some /family/ around?"
