He listened while she spoke, sipping his wine. "London's lovely," he remarked. "I've been there a few times." His eyebrows raised slightly when she mentioned the Baron. "That would certainly make for an interesting story," he agreed. "I don't know much about the Red Baron, though."
"They're overrated," he said with a wink. "I've always thought the Americano sounded a bit nasally, for all that he still has some of his accent. And some days, speaking all those languages makes my head hurt, I end up thinking in Arabic, writing in Italian, and speaking English."
