Greed had been entirely too busy with his siblings to have noticed the text right away. Being around his brothers and sisters set him into a frenzy they were good for. It wouldn't be until later that he'd even find out she'd left the apartment. In his own way he was trying to protect her. One from this fun playground and two from his siblings. He didn't want his toy to get maimed.
Raiden felt like she was starting to lose her mind. She'd curled her nails so tightly in her hands that she'd left red half-moon marks in her skin. She pulled the open kimono around her, smelling what was left of her mother and closing her eyes.
She was startled by the knock and rushed to the door letting Zoe in. She waved her in, looked outside and then shut the door. "We should stay here." Though Rhode would probably find her. "I wish you had stayed home." She didn't want Zoe getting hurt, she felt she'd met an incredible friend and she was in no mood to be as friendly as she normally was. She wanted to hurt something herself.
