Anteros perked up when she mentioned Eros and he nodded happily, yes, he was Eros' twin and younger brother. Any time anyone mentioned him in relation to Eros, it made him really happy. He was fading in this world, anybody who still recognized his true purpose calmed him.
He made a face and gave her a wary look when she talked about his clothes, leaning a little away from her as if physically repulsed at the thought she might dress him. But at the mention of the music, he smiled again. He'd never heard it before, but it was much more reminiscent of music he was used to than the stuff he heard in today's world. Don't get him wrong, with the giant speakers at Eros' work and the bass pumped up high, he could feel the drums exploding in his rib cage and it was a fantastic treat. Sure, he was deaf for a good hour but it was worth it.
He looked back at her and his eyes fell to her legs and he walked over to her, slowly circling her, just looking at them as if they were a separate entity from her. While as friendly as a puppy Anteros didn't speak to strangers right away. There was something about words that always took longer to build in him with every new face. But sometimes he preferred the quiet, in this world there were far too many words already and most of them meaningless.
