Jay had made himself up some electrolyte replacement drink for his camelpack, now nestled against his spine under his t-shirt. He hadn't met Jeff before, only spoken to him over the phone when he'd called to arrange this run, Noah hooking them up. He'd gone for a few runs on his own, careful to remember where he was going but also not getting to take advantage of the run fully as he was too busy looking around at where he was and where he was going. He was looking forward to being able to really stretch out and also just enjoy where he was.

He pressed the button for the apartment number Jeff had told him at Harbour Steps, looking up at the entrance area, empty as were the streets with most people were still asleep.
